OmniPing Terms of Service

The following terms govern your access to and use of the OmniPing platform, including our WhatsApp automation engine, dashboards, and managed services.

OmniPing provides fully-managed WhatsApp marketing automation, digital reception tools, and infrastructure setup (the "Services") tailored for clinics and businesses. The platform relies on the Meta WhatsApp Business API network architecture.

Setup Fee

All new account activations are subject to a mandatory, non-refundable one-time onboarding setup fee of ₹999.

Subscription Cycles

Subscriptions run on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month pre-paid basis depending on the plan chosen. No long-term multi-year contracts exist; clients may cancel anytime to stop renewal for the following cycle.

Credit Allocation & Costs

  • 1 creditStandard Message — Retention & Reminder Pings deduct 1 Omni-Credit from the account balance.
  • 2.5 creditsMarketing Campaign Broadcast — Each broadcast message deducts 2.5 Omni-Credits from the account balance.

Meta Billing Separation

OmniPing subscription plans strictly cover access to the automation software engine, dashboards, and management service layers. All actual direct WhatsApp carrier per-message fees are billed directly to the client's own linked Meta Business Manager Account at standard regional carrier rates.

  • OmniPing operates strictly as a Data Processor. Client clinics remain the sole Data Controllers of all patient records, medical identifiers, and contact numbers synced to shard databases.
  • The client warrants that it has secured explicit, lawful patient consent before transmitting contact data or scheduling information through the platform for automated WhatsApp alerts.
  • OmniPing implements high-speed encryption standards to safeguard database logs, but holds no liability for client-side credential mismanagements.

  • OmniPing strictly prohibits the transmission of unsolicited messages, unsolicited advertising, cold text spam, or bulk medical broadcasts to unconsented lists.
  • Users must adhere strictly to the Meta WhatsApp Business Policy guidelines. If a client's number is flagged, restricted, or permanently banned by Meta due to user spam, high block ratios, or inappropriate medical templates, OmniPing holds zero liability, and no credits or setup fees will be refunded.
  • The use of unauthorized scraper systems or scripts to automate messaging from unverified WhatsApp business configurations is strictly forbidden.

OmniPing relies upon third-party APIs (Meta Cloud API, Google Infrastructure services). We offer no warranties regarding constant network uptime or sudden disruptions in messaging channels outside our immediate software boundaries. Under no circumstances shall OmniPing be liable for any revenue losses, missed client appointments, or operational blockages.
